6^th July 1992 registered with the Charity Commission (Reg. no. 1012800)

23^rd November the Appeal to create the Hospice launched by the Duke of Westminster.

1994 The appointment of a Consultant in Palliative Care.

4^th May 1995 Foundation stone laid by the Duke of Westminster

1^st June 1995 The Trust registered at Companies House (Reg. no. 3063721)

6^th September 1995 The Trust re-registered with the Charity Commission (Reg. no. 1048934)

23rd January 1996 Woodlands Hospice Opened

20^th June 1996 Official opening by the HRH the Duchess of Kent

14^th November 1996 Woodlands Hospice Ltd registered at Companies House (Reg. no. 3278425)

18th March 2005 Official Opening of the Out Patient Unit

8^th October 2007 Construction of the new Inpatient Facility commenced.

6th June 2009 Inpatient Facility opened

11th March 2010 Official opening of the Inpatient Unit by HRH the Earl of Wessex
