The ‘Patient, Family & Friends Forum’ was developed to give the people who are using our services, their families, friends or carers, and people from the local community and associated organisations, a chance to play an active role in the planning, development and evaluation of our services, with the aim:
“To engage with patients, carers and the public who are interested in the ongoing development and quality of services delivered at Woodlands Hospice”,
Woodlands Patient, Family & Friends Forum is a highly enjoyable, participative group and all members are encouraged to take part in discussions and share their ideas.
Our next meeting will again be held here at Woodlands Hospice on 29th November 2016at 1:30pm – 3:30pm. Light refreshments will be provided.
