Corporate Support

Why your business should support us

  • There are big benefits to your organisation when you support our work (see our Corporate Volunteering page) and increasingly organisations and businesses are recognising the value and mutual benefits of supporting the communities in which they operate, through charitable approaches and Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR).
  • Supporting a charity is a great way for your employees to give something back to the local community. Research shows that employees feel more engaged at work and have improved sense of staff morale if their employer supports a charity or a  good cause that matters to them.
  • CSR is also a great way of team building as staff members work together to plan events and fund raising activities.
  • Promote your brand - supporting a charity is a great way of promoting your company name.
  • Financial benefits - companies can claim tax relief on charitable donations - sole traders or partnerships may be able to claim Gift Aid on their donations.

How your business can support us

  • Volunteer to work in the Hospice (see Corporate Volunteering)
  • Challenge your team - we are delighted when staff sign up to Sponsored Challenged events such as runs, physical endurance activities (see our Challenge Events page)
  • Support our events as a team - eg Strictly Woodlands, Moonlight Memory walks, Corporate Quiz in fact all of our events are great staff nights out.
  •  Adopt us as your charity for the year (see Charity of the Year)
  • Give As You Earn - a simple way of staff making regular donations to a charity. Contact Christine Peach on 0151 529 8117 or email christine.peach@aintree.nhs.uk for further information.
  • Match funding - many Banks and Building Societies can provide employee match funding if you assist at our events.
