Take on the Santa Squat challenge for Woodlands Hospice. 

Step 1

Find your favourite festive item to wear. If you don’t already have an item this could be purchased from one of our shops. 

Step 2

Set up your phone camera and see how many squats you can do. 

Step 3

Donate a minimum of £5. Click Here!

Step 4

Nominate 5 of your friends to take on the Santa Squat challenge and post your video to your social media platform of choice. 

Step 5

You do not have to be nominated to take on this challenge why not be the one to start it in your workplace or within your friendship group.
