Annual Snowdon Trek In Memory of Litherland Mum

Billy Hughes and Family Snowdon Trek

Billy Hughes, husband of Janice who passed away in August 2016 rounded up family and friends to take part in an annual trek up Snowdon in memory of his lovely wife who had spent her final days at Woodlands Hospice.

Carole Riley, Individual Giving Manager at Woodlands Hospice recently met when he visited the Hospice with the money from their last challenge.  She said:

“We want to say a massive thank you to Billy and all who supported him for their continued efforts in aid of the Hospice. He is so determined and has no plans to stop with his fundraising as he’s already planning his fundraising for later in the year. Through his fantastic efforts he has raised an incredible total of £6,930 for the hospice in memory of Janice which is wonderful achievement. Thank you so much Billy!"
