Tuesday 17th March 2020 update:
In line with other health organisations Woodlands Hospice is implementing additional measures to minimise the risk to our patients, visitors, volunteers and staff.
We continue to limit face-to-face contact for our outpatients and those attending group sessions but we will contact all patients personally by telephone to talk through their concerns.
Please be assured that we remain committed to ensuring patients will still have access to medical help or assistance where necessary.
If you are a patient with concerns about your personal situation, call our Wellbeing and Support Centre on 07816 219 227 to speak to your nurse or care provider. All other enquiries should be directed to Woodlands Hospice reception on 0151 529 2299.
From 18th March 2020, the Hospice will be restricting inpatient visitors to two per patient between 8am and 8pm.
Please see the information below for visiting outside of these hours:
From 18th March 2020 our café will be closed to members of the public. It will remain open for use by patients, their visitors and Hospice staff only.
Woodlands Hospice aims to keep its shops open where possible. However, due to staffing levels we may have to temporarily close from time to time.
