We are delighted to announce the opening of our third charity shop, which has opened at 20 Westway, Maghull, and followed closely on the heels of our second shop which opened in Old Swan in April. We also have one in Orrell Park.
All three shops sell clothing and goods to suit the local communities they serve. We plan to open further shops within the geographic area of the Hospice in the future, including a furniture store/warehouse, which will give us a significant presence in the community to raise valuable funds for the Hospice. These are very exciting times for Woodlands as we raise our profile on the High Street and grow this important income stream.
We would like to thank those in the local community for the wonderful support over many years and for your patience pending us finding additional new premises to expand our retail presence in the areas that we serve.
A very warm welcome awaits you during our opening hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Saturday. Our Shop Manager Karen Burgess and her team of volunteers would be delighted to see you.

Woodlands Hospice is a registered charity (number 1048934) and is not part of the NHS although some NHS funding is received towards services. Each and every day the Hospice has to raise £2,740 through fundraising and donations to maintain the current level of Hospice services. All care is provided free of charge, and to continue to offer our high levels of care we rely heavily on the generosity of the public.
