Woodlands Hospice has released its annual Quality Account, which highlights achievements and reviews progress against targets agreed during the previous year.
The document is a legal requirement, which is submitted annually to NHS Choices, and will form part of the Hospice’s overall Annual Report (to be published late August).
Rose Milnes, Chief Executive of Woodlands Hospice, spoke of her pride at the achievements of the past 12 months:
"Once again, I am delighted with the achievements we report on. They show high quality care for all our patients and families and demonstrate how we review and improve our services all the time, to ensure we keep pace with changes and developments and ensure our patients and families always receive the best possible care.
"I know this is only possible through the hard work and commitment of all staff and our volunteers; thank you all so much for making Woodlands such a first-class service."
