This week, YPAS paid a visit to Woodlands Hospice to talk about the work they carry out. YPAS are a Liverpool based charity that offer mental health services to children, young people and families.

Chris Porter from YPAS gave a presentation about LGBTQ+ inclusiveness and the importance of support and visibility in palliative care.

Elaine Pugh, Head of Family Support Services had this to say about the presentation…

‘It was great to have YPAS come in and give a talk to all of us at Woodlands Hospice. It gave everyone a better insight into LGBTQ+ inclusiveness and how important support and visibility are with regards to palliative care.’
