John Parrott Golf Event 2026
Play a game and make a difference! Our annual John Parrott ‘Golf Classic’ golf day is a key event in our calendar and raises vital funds to support the work of Woodlands Hospice.
Woodlands Hospice is a charity where people receive specialist palliative care and support for themselves and their family and loved ones, within a purpose built facility. We are here to help people living with a terminal or life-limiting illness and those closest to them for as long as they need us. For us to continue doing this, we need your support.
Our John Parrott Golf Classic Event will take place on Friday 19th June 2026
The Event:
Our Golfers play in teams of 4, 18 holes stableford competition with prizes for ‘Nearest the Pin’ and ‘Straightest Drive,’ including Welcome Refreshments on arrival.
Following the golf there is an opportunity to relax and socialise prior to the evening presentation dinner with awards for the winning team and runners up team and a live auction with some fabulous items up for offer along with a wide range of amazing raffle prizes. The dinner includes a fantastic 2-course meal at Huyton Prescott Golf Club.
It’s always great to see some regular faces and teams from previous years but we are also encouraging seeing some new faces - so spread the word!
The event is £289 per team.
Plus, if you would like to just attend the evening meal it is £28.
Woodlands Hospice has to raise a staggering £4,000 every day so your attendance and support at this event is very much appreciated.
