Join Team Woodlands by taking part in the Liverpool Spring 10K!

All abilities are welcome to take part in the Liverpool Spring 10K. Every year lots of first timers take part, whether you plan to start towards the front and whizz around or stay back and take you time to enjoy the bands and scenery.
The 10K, 5K and FREE Kids 1K/2K/3K will take place in Liverpool's magnificent Sefton Park!
The 10K starts at 9:30am and the 5K straight after 11:30 am so if you're keen you can register for both of them. The FREE Kids 1K/2K/3K will all take place in the afternoon.
You'll recieve a sparkly medal shortly after you whizz across the finish line.

Step 3: Start Fundraising!
Once registered you will recieve a unique link to your fundraising page to let everyone know about your challenge via social media, WhatsApp and telling your loved ones. The support and encouragement you get from those closest to you will help spur you on!
